Overview
William Okamoto advises and represents employers in connection with a variety of workplace issues.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, William was corporate counsel extern for one of the largest wineries in America. Before that, he was a law clerk at firm based in Pasadena, where he helped represent employers in wrongful termination disputes and assisted with sexual harassment training presentations.
William also has experience conducting on-site surveys to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
