Waseem Dulloo advises businesses on a range of labor and employment issues and represents them in disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration and/or mediation.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Waseem practiced commercial litigation in the Orange County office of a national litigation defense firm, where he focused on workplace-related matters involving California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) claims consisting of disability suits and allegations of failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, retaliation, and harassment, as well as California Family Rights Act (CFRA) suits, sexual harassment claims and those involving gender-based discrimination.
Waseem also has significant experience in professional liability and advising clients in contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, business torts, and fraud suits.
