Fisher Phillips Welcomes Anne Khan and Waseem Dulloo in Irvine

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Anne Yarovoy Khan and Waseem Dulloo have joined the firm’s Irvine office. Anne joins as Of Counsel and Waseem joins as an Associate.
Anne draws on more than 12 years of combined in-house and private practice experience helping businesses comply with legal and regulatory obligations. She was formerly General Counsel and the Director of Compliance for a professional employer organization and business consulting firm, where she oversaw legal, compliance, licensing and various corporate matters. Anne’s areas of compliance focus included health and welfare benefit plans, HIPAA, ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, and other federal, state, and local regulations. Anne joins Fisher Phillips’ growing PEO and Staffing team on the West Coast.
Anne earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While in law school, she earned a Certificate of Specialization in International Law with distinction.
With experience in a number of litigation matters, Waseem represents clients on a wide range of employment issues, including California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) claims consisting of disability suits and allegations of failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, retaliation, and harassment, as well as California Family Rights Act (CFRA) suits, sexual harassment claims and those involving gender-based discrimination. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Waseem practiced commercial litigation in the Orange County office of a national litigation defense firm, where he focused on workplace-related matters, as well as professional liability, products liability, contract disputes, and business torts.
Waseem earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California and his B.A. from UCLA.
