Overview
Thomas Boswell focuses his practice on numerous employment-related matters, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and hostile work environment claims under FEHA, EEOC, ADA, and the Whistleblower Protection Act. His experience includes representing private and public entities, including school districts, public municipalities, and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Thomas served as an associate at a Northern California-based civil litigation firm where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation, including construction defect defense, general liability defense, personal injury defense, and business and real estate disputes. Thomas also has experience handling pre-litigation claims with various administrative agencies such as DFEH, OSHA, and DRE.
