Overview
Liz Drumm represents employers in labor and employment disputes in federal and state courts and before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, and U.S. Department of Labor. Her focus includes defending against discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour claims; addressing issues involving non-compete provisions; and litigating other employment-related torts.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Liz was an associate for an AmLaw 100 law firm in Dallas where she managed complex commercial employment litigation matters brought under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Chapter 451 of the Texas Labor Code, and Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code. She also handled products liability, healthcare, premises liability, and construction cases.
