An associate in the Cleveland office, Kirsten Mooney brings a focus on responsiveness, excellent service, and successful results to her work advising companies and individuals on a range of labor and employment issues and disputes.
Kirsten is experienced helping clients in connection with compliance issues, personnel decisions, wage and hour controversies, discrimination and harassment claims, and restrictive covenants. She also represents clients in federal and state court litigation, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration. Her background includes significant work counseling employers regarding general employment and human resources issues, such as advising on employee leave laws, development of personnel policies and employee handbooks, and negotiation of employment and severance agreements.
Kirsten previously was an associate in the Labor & Employment group of a mid-sized, full-service law firm in the Cleveland area. While in law school, she externed for the general counsel of John Carroll University.
