Overview
John Rogers advises employers in a wide range of complex labor and employment disputes and advises on workplace policies and personnel matters to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Additionally, John’s experience includes conducting investigations of work-related fatalities, providing guidance on compliance with OSHA and wage and hour laws and regulations, and litigating OSHA and wage and hour cases.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, John was a staff attorney for the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet where he litigated cases involving child labor, discrimination, and unfair labor practices from the administrative stages through the appellate stage.
