Overview
Hyunki (John) Jung is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on defending employers against claims involving wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, John was a labor and employment associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in San Francisco where he represented employers in a wide range of employment litigation and arbitration matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to that, John was a labor and employment associate at another AmLaw 100 firm in San Francisco.
John received his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law) where he served as Staff Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. While in law school, he was awarded Best Appellate Brief in Moot Court. John also earned CALI awards for excellence in California Civil Procedure and Healthcare Providers & Law courses.
