Fisher Phillips Welcomes Hyunki (John) Jung in San Francisco

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Hyunki (John) Jung has joined the firm as an associate in the San Francisco office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, John was a labor and employment associate at an international AmLaw 100 full-service firm. In that capacity, he defended employers in a variety of workplace disputes from pre-trial and discovery through all phases of trial and post-trial proceedings. Prior to that, John was at another AmLaw 100 full-service firm where he also focused on labor and employment law and defended clients in employment litigation and arbitrations involving single plaintiff FEHA, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, as well as PAGA and wage and hour class actions.
At Fisher Phillips, John will continue defending employers in workplace law disputes and will advise them on compliance with a wide range of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations.
John earned his J.D. from the University of California College of Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law) where he served as Staff Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. Before law school, John earned his B.A. with highest honors from Korea University in Seoul, South Korea.
