Overview
Gabriel Gladstone defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and in restrictive covenant disputes in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Gabe also counsels employers on employee-related issues, including wage and hour compliance, accommodations and leave, worker classifications, reductions-in-force, and performance management.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Gabe was a labor and employment attorney at a global multi-practice law firm in Boston, where he focused on employment counseling and litigation. He formerly served as Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department, where he represented the City of New York and its agencies in employment litigation.
