Fisher Phillips Welcomes Two Attorneys in Boston

Gabriel Gladstone Joins as Of Counsel; Riley Miano Joins as Associate

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Gabriel Gladstone has joined the firm as Of Counsel in Boston.

Gabe most recently served as a labor and employment associate at an international AmLaw 100 firm, where he focused his practice on employment counseling and litigation. He has successfully defended employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations, and in restrictive covenant disputes in federal and state courts. Gabe also counsels employers regarding compliance with state and federal law. At Fisher Phillips, Gabe will continue his work on behalf of employers by providing legal counsel on all aspects of their employment relationships. Gabe earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.

In addition to Gabe, Fisher Phillips recently welcomed Riley Miano, an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Before joining the firm, she served as corporate counsel and compliance officer at an international private equity firm, where she managed legal workflows, prepared and submitted federal regulatory filings, conducted compliance trainings for new employees, and negotiated confidentiality agreements for the firm and its portfolio companies. Riley earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.S., Cum Laude, from the University of Florida.
