Erik Mellado has more than 13 years of experience advising and representing companies in individual and collective labor matters. He works with businesses to manage and reduce risks throughout the employment life cycle from employee selection and hiring to termination. He frequently teams with clients to handle labor law issues at all procedural stages of litigation, including responses to summons, settlements, preparing and answering demands, evidentiary matters, hearings, and controlling files before the labor authorities (e.g., labor courts, conciliation centers and conciliation and arbitration boards).

He joined Fisher Phillips from a leading global professional services firm, where he was a senior lawyer.
