Cheryl Pinarchick is the former Regional Managing Partner of Fisher Phillips’ Boston office and a founding member the Pay Equity Practice Group. She is also a Panelist with the American Arbitration Association for Labor and Employment matters.
Cheryl has extensive experience in all aspects of employment litigation, including trials in state and federal court throughout the United States, arbitrations and government agency proceedings. She has successfully represented clients in employment actions alleging wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour violations, retaliation and other related claims. She has also successfully prosecuted and defended trade secret and non-competition agreements in numerous jurisdictions.
Cheryl has a sophisticated wage and hour practice and has obtained favorable outcomes for clients in wage and hour matters, including class and collective actions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws.
Cheryl is also a trusted advisor to multinational organizations, public and private companies, institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations and individuals. She routinely advises clients on compliance with federal and state laws, litigation avoidance and compensation matters. She is skilled in performing pay equity analyses and conducting neutral investigations.
Cheryl is a frequent presenter on pay equity and pay transparency both locally and nationally and has been quoted in high-profile publications such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, Bloomberg Law, Boston Business Journal, and ACC Docket. Cheryl has also appeared on CNN and Boston’s NBC News Station.
