When a labor organization is certified as exclusive bargaining representative, the parties must bargain in good faith over the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement. Negotiating for initial and renewed terms that safeguard management flexibility while minimizing operational disruption is a core aspect of our labor relations practice.
