Fisher Phillips Adds Attorney in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, MO (August 28, 2018) – Spring Taylor has joined the Kansas City office Fisher Phillips as an associate.

Taylor represents clients in employment litigation, including harassment claims, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, misappropriation of trade secrets and noncompete litigation. She proactively counsels employers on the latest employment law regulations to avoid risks and the possibility of litigation. Taylor also has extensive experience in FMLA interference and retaliation claims.

Taylor earned her J.D. in 2016 from University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri. She holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration/management from University of Central Florida.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Taylor spent several years in the hospitality and travel industry and in employment benefits.
