Fisher Phillips Welcomes Michele Solari in New Jersey

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Michele Solari has joined the firm as an associate in the New Jersey office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Michele was Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Division of Law and Safety, State Police, Employment and Litigation. In this capacity, she defended the state and its agencies in a wide range of claims involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), New Jersey Civil Rights Act (NJCRA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Michele also conducted legal research, drafted pleadings, and motions, and managed all aspects of discovery. Prior to the Attorney General’s Office, Michele served as a law clerk for The Honorable Diane Pincus in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
At Fisher Phillips, she will represent employers in workplace law disputes and also provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Michele earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a Moot Court Board member, and received her B.A. from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
