Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Michael Bonner has joined the firm as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Michael spent several years as an attorney representing companies and individuals in a wide range of areas, including labor and employment matters, contract drafting and disputes, business law, commercial litigation, real estate matters, appellate litigation, and non-compete litigation.
At Fisher Phillips, Michael will continue to represent employers in litigation and provide counsel regarding compliance with state and federal laws and regulations while devising forward-thinking solutions to complex business and employment issues. He is also versed in negotiating, reviewing, and drafting various types of contracts, including employment agreements, corporate documents, settlement agreements, and more.
He earned his J.D. with a Business Law Certificate with Honors from the Florida State University College of Law where he completed an employment litigation externship with the Office of the General Counsel at the Florida Department of Corrections and was awarded for Distinguished Pro Bono Service. He earned his B.S., cum laude, from Florida State University.
