Zachary Fletcher advises employers of all sizes on California and federal labor and employment laws, including wage and hour issues, the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Zachary’s experience also includes conducting investigations into sensitive employee relations issues and providing workplace trainings regarding harassment and discrimination.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Zachary was an employee relations and compliance manager for a cloud software company where he focused on employee performance management, fostering healthy working environments through investigations, and administering employee corrective action to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
