Overview
Wendy serves as Fisher Phillips’ eDiscovery Partner and regularly counsels clients on the full spectrum of eDiscovery and digital forensic evidence issues from preservation through production. In connection with her work in eDiscovery and digital forensic evidence, Wendy also counsels clients on the protection of private and confidential information and the secure transmission, destruction and storage of digital information. She understands that eDiscovery and digital forensics can impact the outcome in the defense and prosecution of cases. Wendy also knows that eDiscovery costs can escalate easily in litigation and employs a carefully designed approach to address eDiscovery challenges, including the use of effective meet-and-confer strategies, targeted collections, data analytics and document review workflow efficiencies. Wendy’s approach is simple and effective at right-sizing the eDiscovery to the litigation with an eye toward maintaining proportionality.
Wendy is a frequent speaker and serves as a part-time instructor for an undergraduate business course offered by Penn State University’s World Campus on the topic of the Social, Legal and Ethical Environment of Business.
Wendy has experience in eDiscovery and digital forensics in a wide array of workplace litigation matters, including harassment and discrimination defense, ADA claims, restrictive covenant and trade secrets matters, and other employment litigation.
