Overview
Wayne Campbell is an Associate in the Atlanta office. He represents clients in all areas of labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, compliance, trade secrets and employee defection.
Wayne first joined Fisher Phillips as a summer associate during law school. During that time, Wayne was an active member of the Emory Moot Court Society, where he was selected to compete at the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. His moot court experiences in law school translate into devoted advocacy in practice. Prior to law school, Wayne worked as an Appointments Associate for the Executive Office of Governor Rick Snyder.
Wayne graduated from Emory University School of Law with honors. He received the State Bar of Georgia Employment Law Section Award for Outstanding Achievement in Employment Law, which is awarded annually to the third-year law student with the most outstanding performance in employment law courses.
