Overview
Tony Brown is a member of Fisher Phillips’ Executive Leadership Team and leads the firm’s talent management areas including professional development, human resources and recruiting. His responsibilities include developing and executing talent management strategies that support continuous improvement and growth in alignment with the firm’s short-term and long-term goals. The seamless integration across the Executive Leadership Team truly sets Fisher Phillips apart as it enables collaboration, innovation, and diversity of ideas.
He works closely with firm management, partners, internal staff and external resources to develop and implement training and professional development programs to support the career management and retention of lawyers; the administration of non-partner evaluations, mentoring, advancement and compensation; and oversight of staff human resources functions.
Tony serves on several firm committees, including:

- Associate Development and Retention
- Evaluation
Tony is also a member of:
- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
- World at Work and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA)
His community involvement includes serving as a member of the Westminster College Board of Trustees and providing various pro bono HR services to non-profit organizations through Business Volunteers Unlimited.
