Overview
Taylor McGrew defends employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in all aspects of employment law, including claims involving employment discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Taylor also provides counsel related to employee handbooks and human resources policies. Her experience includes managing cases in both Arizona and California.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Taylor worked as an associate at a Phoenix-based law firm where she focused on labor and employment matters regarding company policy, benefits, discipline and termination as well as commercial litigation. During law school, she was the President of the Arizona Law Women’s Association, an LLM Legal Writing Fellow and a Delegate/Committee Chair for the Student Bar Association.
