
Overview
Taylor Horn is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office and advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employee defection and trade secrets as well as discrimination and harassment claims arising under Title VII.
Taylor received her J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was a Beasley Merit Scholarship recipient and a Philadelphia Diversity Law Group (PDLG) Fellow. She worked as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Labor, Region III Solicitor’s Office in Philadelphia. Additionally, she worked as a law clerk in other varied environments including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), in house counsel at Temple University as well as at a legal clinic that handles wills and public benefits cases.
Prior to attending law school Taylor spent more than four years working for a Fortune 100 financial services company.
Taylor earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University’s ILR School. While there, she spent a semester interning at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) D.C. field office as an Enforcement Intern.
