Overview
Sieu practice focuses on assisting employers with a wide range of labor and employment-related matters. His employment law experience includes investigating and counseling clients on defending employment claims involving harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, reasonable accommodation, and non-compete issues.
Sieu has also represented and advised on labor relations issues including grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practices, union organizing drives, and collective bargaining negotiations. He has also served as the lead negotiator during several collective bargaining negotiations.
