Sergio C. Ponce

Sergio Ponce defends employers across a broad range of industries in various workplace disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition, and complex wage and hour claims, including PAGA and class action matters. Sergio has experience representing clients in federal and state court, arbitration, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and administrative proceedings.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Sergio was an associate for an AmLaw 100 firm where he advised on all aspects of employment law, from employee discipline, terminations, workplace investigations and trainings to employee handbook policies, meal and rest period policies, and class action matters.
