Overview
Bob Miller’s 35-year-plus career has involved the representation of management clients in labor relations and employment matters. Many of his clients work in the construction industry.
Bob's career has included trials and appeals of labor and employment cases before administrative agencies and courts, including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and state and federal courts. He has negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements for single employers and multi-employer associations and advised union and non-union employers on labor relations matters.
Bob's construction industry experience includes the representation of numerous employer associations and individual contractors in collective bargaining, dealing with strikes and picketing, the investigation and defense of OSHA citations, and the negotiation of Project Labor Agreements (PLA) for major projects.
Long-time legal counsel to the Colorado Chapter of the Associated General Contractors, Bob was named the chapter's first-ever Associate Member of the Year in 2012. He has been a National Executive Committee Member with the Associated General Contractors of America Labor and Employment Law Council since 1984 and has served on the National Executive Committee of the Council since 1987. Bob has been listed in Colorado Super Lawyers in 2011 through 2014 for Employment & Labor.
Bob has testified as an expert witness in labor and employment law cases. He is nationally recognized as a speaker and instructor to industry, professional and client organizations.
