Overview
Nicole Stenoish Myrmo is an associate in the San Diego office. She advises and defends employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation, including wrongful termination, contract disputes, wage and hour claims, and other employment-related matters. Nicole also counsels employers on a variety of workplace issues, and assists with the development of employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Nicole graduated with distinction from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a member of the San Diego Law Review and was inducted into the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi.
During law school, she clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and served as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel and the Honorable William V. Gallo of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also interned with the San Diego Unified School District Office of General Counsel, where she worked on a number of labor and employment law issues for the second largest school district in California.
Nicole’s keen business sense and dynamic approach to solving employer problems make her an effective and zealous advocate for her clients.
