Overview
Michael Kiskinis is a member of Fisher Phillips Executive Leadership Team and leads the firm’s Finance and New Business Intake teams. The law firm finance world is undergoing rapid change and Fisher Phillips is responding by implementing best in class technologies to efficiently service our clients. In the new business intake and conflict resolution area, this means quickly assessing whether any potential conflicts exist to be responsive to client needs. In the finance areas, we utilize leading technologies in electronic billing and payment methods achieving efficiencies for our clients and the firm. In the Legal Project Management area, we are an integral part of the RFP process to ensure we are creative and meet the specific budget and predictability needs of our clients in ways different than the traditional bill by the hour processes. Mike has served as an operations and finance leader at a number of AmLaw 200 firms over his career. The seamless integration across the Executive Leadership Team truly sets Fisher Phillips apart as it enables collaboration, innovation, and diversity of ideas.
Mike serves on the firm's Retirement Plan Committee.
His community involvement includes:
- Serving on the board as Treasurer for Wildflower Inc., a nonprofit that is dedicated to serving the children and families of those who have experienced the loss of a parent
