Overview
Meghan McNabb is an associate litigator in the firm’s Seattle office. Her work focuses on representing employers on all aspects of workplace law including class actions, discrimination, and harassment claims. In addition to litigating, Meghan will help employers of all sizes prevent workplace disputes by advising them on regulatory compliance, employee training, handbooks, and policy creation.
Before joining the firm, Meghan was at a litigation defense firm where she represented companies in a variety of civil matters involving personal injury, legal malpractice, negligence, and consumer protection. She also advised employers on procedures and policies in light of COVID.
In law school, Meghan was a member of the inaugural class of the Gregoire Fellows Program and participated in the Race and Justice Clinical Law Program where she represented students in school disciplinary hearings. She also studied abroad in Rome, Italy where she compared the common and civil law legal systems. Prior to law school, Meghan taught middle school math as a Teach for America Corps Member.
