Lucia Rangel Mejia is an associate in the firm’s Mexico City office who oversees corporate matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Lucia’s experience includes supervising real estate transactions, credit matters, and other corporate issues. She has also been a key member of teams handling merger and acquisition transactions.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lucia worked at an investment firm focused on real estate in Latin America where she advised on legal matters related to corporate governance and drafted and negotiated contracts for real estate development projects.
