Overview
Lisa Lewis has more than 25 years of experience in employment law, including advising on The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges, affirmative action, disability accommodations, discrimination claims, harassment investigations, disciplinary processes and termination decisions. She also has extensive experience with separation agreements, employee handbooks and other policies, and developing and conducting sexual harassment trainings.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Lisa was the sole in-house counsel for a Fortune 300 financial services company where she provided legal support on a wide variety of employment law matters.
