
Overview
Lindsay Reimer is an experienced trial attorney who defends employers in litigation in state and federal court and in arbitration throughout the country. Lindsay has litigated hundreds of class and collective actions involving wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws and focuses her practice on defending employers across the nation in this complex litigation. Lindsay also regularly advises clients on day-to-day employment issues arising under federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Additionally, she provides preventative services to reduce the likelihood of litigation, including general consultation, development of employment policies and employment agreements, and consultation regarding legislative current events and judicial trends.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lindsay worked as an attorney at a boutique law firm in Houston, Texas, with a national presence focused on wage and hour litigation. She represented clients at trial and arbitration and gained significant appellate experience, obtaining favorable orders from the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Fifth Circuit, and Tenth Circuit.
