
Overview
Kelly Mistick represents employers in various workplace law matters. Kelly’s experience in management-side employment law and public sector law includes defending against discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, collective bargaining disputes, employee grievances, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. Additionally, she advises clients on preventative advice and counseling issues and conducts internal investigations.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kelly was an associate at a national labor and employment law firm where she litigated a wide range of employment matters in federal and state courts. Previously, as Associate City Solicitor in the City of Pittsburgh Department of Law, she represented the City in labor and employment matters, including arbitration and administrative proceedings, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
