
Overview
Kathryn Cox represents employers in various workplace-related matters, including discrimination-related disputes filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and advising on policies, procedures, compliance, and severance agreements.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kathryn was an associate at a Charlotte, North Carolina-based boutique law firm where she focused on claims of discrimination, conducting external employment investigations and advising on policies, handbooks, and employment agreements.
During law school, Kathryn served as Articles Editor of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust and Estate Law Journal, as well as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She earned a CALI Award in South Carolina Workers Compensation.
