
Overview
Kaitlin Wall represents employers in all matters associated with employment litigation including, but not limited to, mitigating potential litigation, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Kaitlin’s practice focuses on various employment related issues, including claims arising under 42 U.S.C. 1983, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX, and their state counterparts. In addition to her litigation practice, Kaitlin routinely counsels employers to optimize their policies and procedures, mitigate workplace liability, and on best practices to resolve various employment related issues.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Kaitlin’s practice included representing public and private clients in all aspects of litigation, including acting as first chair in employment related state and federal court proceedings. Kaitlin’s prior practice extends to representing clients in various areas of general civil litigation including, but not limited to, matters pertaining to civil service, judicial review, and administrative proceedings.
