Overview
Jon Chang advises and defends employers in various labor and employment matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and single-plaintiff litigation.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jon served as an associate at a Northern California-based law firm, where he gained extensive experience conducting investigations within large tech companies and managing defense-side employment cases. Additionally, Jon has a background in public entity defense litigation and public university pregnancy accommodations under Title IX.
