Overview
Jill Kleinkauf represents employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She also advises employers with the development of employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Jill earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law with an emphasis in Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports Law and Policy. During her time in law school, she served as President of Law Women of UCLA, a mentor for the UCLA Law Fellows Program, and the UCLA student representative to Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jill obtained valuable legal experience as a law clerk with the Tort and Condemnation Section of the California Office of the Attorney General.
