Overview
Jessica Reed-Baum represents employers in various workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling, class actions and complex litigation, wage and hour issues, and workplace training. Jessica’s experience includes administrative proceedings, arbitrations, mediations and conducting comprehensive internal investigations regarding wage and hour complaints, discrimination and retaliation grievances and other employment-related disputes.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jessica was an associate for an Am Law 100 firm where she focused on wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation, class actions and whistleblower claims.
During law school, Jessica was an associate editor for the University of Colorado Law Review and a law clerk for both the University of Colorado’s University Counsel and the Office of Athletic Compliance.
