
Overview
Jenna Contes defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, trade secret, and wrongful termination. Jenna’s experience includes advising on matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jenna was an associate at a national law firm in their Arizona office where she defended clients in matters involving complex commercial litigation, transportation, breach of contract disputes, and general liability.
Jenna earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. During law school, Jenna received a trial advocacy certificate and graduated with the highest pro bono distinction.
