Overview
Jake Bass represents employers in various workplace legal matters, including all aspects of litigation and conducting internal investigations. Additionally, he routinely advises clients on defamation, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, unfair competition, data privacy, and antitrust matters.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jake was an associate at an international, multi-practice law firm where he focused on intellectual property disputes, employment matters, and general commercial litigation.
