Overview
Harrison Zator is an employment advisor and litigator who counsels employers on complex and everyday employment-related issues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
He regularly defends employers in all stages of employment litigation, including complex wage and hour class actions, representative actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and single plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He also works closely with his clients to implement policies and practices to prevent and minimize risk in the workplace.
Harrison earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was an editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and served as a judicial extern for Judge Theodor C. Albert of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
