Overview
Grace Mallory has nearly ten years of professional legal experience and focuses on representing domestic and international companies in a variety of industries, from small, local organizations to global corporations, in federal and state labor and employment matters. She defends employers against individual claims and class actions alleging unlawful discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, violations of leave and disability laws, wage and hour, and OSHA violations. Additionally, Grace drafts state and national employee handbooks, policies, procedures, and materials and presentations for employer training on compliance with state and federal employment requirements.
Prior to becoming an associate, Grace assisted in representing businesses in response to investigations and audits by federal and state agencies such as the EEOC and the National Labor Relations Board, including union elections, and in employment-related and restrictive covenant litigation in state and federal courts.
