With 13 years of experience, Felipe López advises Mexican national and foreign clients on labor and employment-related corporate matters including individual and collective labor conflicts and projects focused on compliance, labor regularization and auditing.

He is experienced interacting with governmental agencies and the private sector, negotiating individual and large-scale terminations at all levels including field/operational, executive/managerial, and management/partners across various lines of business and industries. Felipe also has managed project teams at the national level, negotiated and helped resolve labor conflicts with unions, handled inspections by labor authorities, and assisted in contentious trials.
