Overview
Dennis Gallagher has extensive experience handling complex litigation matters, particularly in the labor and employment arena, including wrongful termination, harassment, PAGA, and class action issues. He has a demonstrated track record of success, both in-house and in private practice, counseling and defending employers on a wide range of labor, employment, risk management, and compliance matters. Through his practice, Dennis has obtained numerous favorable resolutions and judgments for his clients as well as developed and implemented corporate strategic plans and employment policies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Dennis was Lead Counsel - Litigation & Corporate Services for a large integrated food and agriculture company. There, he both managed in-house counsel, outside attorneys and clients in a variety of litigation matters as well as provided valuable counsel to the Human Resources team and company as a whole on a variety of issues including hiring, terminations, internal investigations, policy revisions and implementation, and best practices. Prior thereto, Dennis practiced with a private law firm in Bakersfield, California, focusing exclusively on litigation from inception through appeal.
