Overview
Daniela Grado Contreras is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office. She defends and advises employers on a variety of workplace issues, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters.
Daniela’s career with Fisher Phillips began during her initial year of law school as a Summer Associate when she contributed to handling and managing cases spanning various workplace issues.
Daniela graduated with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was inducted into the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. During law school, Daniela was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and volunteered for the Prisoner Civil Rights Mediation Clinic where she collaborated with federal magistrates in co-mediating section 1983 prisoner civil rights cases.
