Overview
Cyrus Moshiri represents employers in workplace related litigation and arbitration matters, with an emphasis on devising creative and cost-effective solutions that further employers’ business interests to achieve superior results. Cyrus also has experience representing employers in relation to Workplace Safety, having handled multiple Cal-OSHA appeals from inception to settlement for clients in the hospitality and retail industries.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Cyrus practiced at a national civil litigation firm, where he focused on representing clients in general liability matters. He has substantial experience litigating matters for individuals, businesses and carriers throughout California involving premises liability, habitability claims, and high exposure personal injury claims.
Cyrus earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, during which time he was a legal intern for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and clerked for several boutique litigation firms in the Los Angeles area. He graduated with Highest Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
