An associate in Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office, Corina Johnson advises and counsels businesses on labor and employment issues and defends them in civil and administrative workplace-related disputes.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Corina practiced at a Sacramento based firm focusing on employment law, labor law, and litigation. She also formerly worked for state and local agencies including the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, the California Franchise Tax Board, and the California Department of Justice. She gained significant insights into the administrative hearing and appeals process as an extern at the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, where she obtained successful results for business owners.
Corina graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was a member of the McGeorge Moot Court Honor Board and inducted as a member of the Traynor Honor Society. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
