Christina Shin

Christina Shin is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office and represents business leaders, management, and HR professionals in high-stakes litigation involving wage and hour, discrimination, defamation, misclassification, breach of contract, and wrongful termination claims. Christina also works closely with clients on day-to-day employment issues, developing employment policies and handbooks, conducting workplace investigations, and offering guidance on emerging legal trends.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Christina was an associate at a full-service law firm based in the Pacific Northwest where she focused on a broad range of litigation matters, including labor and employment, breach of contract, real estate and construction disputes.
