Overview
Chelsea Viola is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles Office. Her practice includes advising and defending employers in all areas of labor and employment law.
Chelsea graduated from Loyola Law School, where she served as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Editor for the Loyola Law Review. While in law school, Chelsea gained valuable experience in employment law through her externship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where assisted in drafting decisions of an administrative judge. Additionally, Chelsea externed with the Office of the Attorney General of California in the Employment & Administrative Mandate Section, where she gained hands-on experience in employment defense cases involving state agencies.
She has also developed client-facing skills and experience through Loyola Law School’s Rights In Systems Enforced (RISE) Clinic, where she represented clients who were survivors of human trafficking in both civil and criminal matters.
