Chelsea L. Smith

Chelsea Smith is an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office where she defends and advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Chelsea’s experience includes employee defection and trade secret cases and discrimination and harassment claims arising under Title VII.

While in law school, Chelsea was part of Temple Law’s National Trial Team competing against other law schools virtually and in person. She also participated in Temple’s Summer Abroad Program in Rome, Italy. Chelsea received both the Beasley Merit Scholarship and the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program Award.
